This policy describes the outfit-planning tools supplied by The Outfit Diaries and the limits of their browser-only workflow.

Tool inputs and results

The tools process the text, dates and checklist choices you enter in your browser tab. They do not transmit those entries to a server, use an account, save a server-side record, or put entries in localStorage, sessionStorage or a browser database. There is no photo-upload control. Reloading or leaving a tool clears the working state.

Downloads, printing and shared devices

A text download is created in your browser and saved wherever your device normally puts downloads. Printing is handled by your browser and operating system. Files, print queues, cloud-synced folders and shared screens are outside this site’s control. Clear your working entry and remove saved copies when using a shared device.

Ordinary website requests

Like any website, the host receives requests to load pages and assets. Hosting, firewall or security services may record technical information such as IP address, request time, browser details and error logs. These are not outfit diary records. Retention and access depend on the site owner’s hosting and WordPress configuration, which this planning plugin does not control.

Cookies and additional services

The planning plugin sets no cookies and includes no analytics, advertising, external fonts or social tracking scripts. WordPress, the theme, hosting services or additional plugins may behave differently. Their actual configuration must be reviewed by the site operator. See the Cookie Notice for operational examples.

Contact messages

If you email the published contact address, your email provider and the recipient handle the message separately from the tools. Your email address and message may be retained for correspondence. Do not send sensitive details or photos. This site does not provide a server-side feedback form through these tools.

Your choices

You can choose not to enter information, leave optional fields blank, clear a tool, close the tab, and delete downloaded copies. There is no outfit account or server-side diary for us to export or delete. Questions about hosting logs or emailed correspondence should go to the site operator through the Contact page; rights and retention obligations depend on applicable law and the operator’s actual processing.

Scope and changes

This policy covers this tool collection, not other websites or software reached through your browser. The site owner should review it when adding services or changing how the website works. A change to this policy does not recover or preserve previous tool entries.
