How to get in touch

The planning tools do not include a message-upload form. Email, when available, opens your own email application and is separate from the tool workflow. The recipient and your email provider may retain a message under their own policies. Do not include an outfit diary export unless you are comfortable sharing its contents.

Reporting a problem

Tell us the tool name, the action you tried, the message you saw, and your browser and device type. A short example using invented clothing descriptions is more useful than personal details. If a date calculation seems wrong, include only sample dates and the expected result.

For an accessibility issue, say which control or heading caused trouble and whether you were using a keyboard, screen reader, zoom or another assistive setting. We cannot promise a response time, but precise reports make review easier.

What this channel cannot do

We cannot recover entries after a tab is closed, access a saved diary, validate clothing fit or confirm event arrangements. There are no accounts to reset. For how-to questions, start with the FAQs and the method section on the relevant tool.
